Gresham House have purchased a combined 300MW of battery storage projects from Statera Energy.
The six projects purchased are as follows:
Enderby Storage (50 MW) located in Leicester
Grendon Storage (50 MW) located in Northampton
Melksham East (50 MW) located in Wiltshire
Melksham West (50 MW) located in Wiltshire
Penwortham (50 MW) located in Preston
West Didsbury (50 MW) located in Manchester
Each project will have the capacity to power 13,000 homes once operational. The deal included the sale of development rights, an EPCM and O&M contracts to both deliver and maintain the 300MW.
